This gallery exhibits examples of my students’ work while utilizing the Adobe Photoshop software. My progression with assignments begins with a simple way of producing montage through landscapes and soft layer blending, progressing into figure construction. The capstone of the photomontage section of the course being a multi-piece narrative design illustrating a short story found in one of three books that I place on reserve in the library. Typical texts are The Complete Brothers Grimm, Straw Sandals: Chinese Short Stories 1918-1933, and Contemporary Latin American short stories.

Typical class numbers are at full capacity of 20 students in a Mac Lab.
Required course for all Art & Art History majors.
